Terms of Service

Supplier: 555DIRECT LIMITED ("we", "us") · Registered in Kenya

Product: Managix logistics management system ("the Software")

Contact: [email protected]

Version 1.0 · Effective 11 September 2026

1. What you are buying

A licence to use the Software. You are not buying the Software itself. We keep all intellectual property in it — the code, design, name and logo.

The licence is:

Each person who uses it has their own account, at a clearance level you set. You are responsible for who you give an account to, and for removing people who leave.

2. How it runs, and what that means

Your business records are stored on our systems, so you can reach them from any device and nothing is lost if a phone is stolen.

3. Payment and renewal

4. Trial, refunds and cancellation

5. What we will do

6. What we do not promise

The Software is provided "as is". In particular:

7. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business, or loss of data.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

Breaking this section ends your licence immediately.

9. Ending the licence

We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms or do not pay. On termination you must stop using the Software.

Your records are retained and are not deleted on expiry. Access to them requires an active subscription, in the same way as a cloud storage subscription. If you need a copy of your data after your subscription has lapsed, contact us and we will arrange it.

10. Changes

We may change these terms for future subscription periods. Changes do not apply retrospectively to a period you have already paid for.

11. Law and disputes

Governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes go to the courts of Kenya, after both sides have genuinely tried to settle the matter in good faith.

By creating an account or paying a subscription you accept these terms.
