Yes. Managix is an online service, so your records are safe if a phone is lost or stolen and you can reach them from any device. If your connection is down, you cannot use it.
No — not unless you allow it. Clearance levels are enforced on our server, so a clerk's phone never receives rates, margins or balances. Hiding them on the screen would not be good enough, and we do not rely on it.
Nothing is charged automatically, because we never took a card. You choose a plan and pay when you are ready. If you do not, access simply stops and your records wait for you.
Access stops on the expiry date, and nothing is deleted. Your records stay exactly where they are and come back the moment you renew — the same as a cloud storage subscription.
Those tell you what you owe the government. They do not tell you what the job made you. Managix is the other half — your rates, your costs, your margin, your clients — and it does not replace or interfere with anything you file.
No. They are estimates to help you plan and quote. The final figure is whatever KRA or TRA assesses. We say so plainly in the Terms because getting this wrong costs you money.
